Security Deposit

As you know, there are many people who need and want the opportunity to work on a permanent basis from home. In order to provide our associates with this opportunity, we incur additional expenses. For example, in order to set up your phone account so that all of the long distance expenses are charged to us, the phone company charges us $148.00, which we have to pay in advance.
 
While we do pay for all of the long distance expenses, provide the numbers for you to call, and even provide leads at no cost to you; we do collect a $74.00 security deposit which is credited back to you at the end of your probationary period which lasts for 5 weeks provided your efforts meet or exceed the required 500 presentations. The only instance in which it is not credited back to you is if, after we pay to set up your account, you find that you cannot find the time to make more than 500 presentations. Since each call only lasts a minute or two, this requires a minimal amount of time.  Anyone who is unable to make 500 presentations during the 5 week probationary period will forfeit his/her security deposit.
 
We are not concerned with the number of leads or sales you generate in the first 5 weeks but rather the amount of effort you extend. Our business is simply an effort business. Even without any prior sales experience, if you just make the calls and read the script we provide you will be successful. The only time you will not be successful is if you don't make the calls.
 
Will you have any difficulties in 500 presentations in a 5 week probationary period?

During the introductory step, your personal manager will help you to begin your career with us. It is your manager's responsibility to ensure that you have all of the necessary tools with which to begin. You will be assigned an access code with which to place your calls. Your having an access code is determined by, not the volume of leads you produce, but rather the amount of effort you extend. It is at this step that you will learn that our business is built on simple effort. If you make enough calls, the results will be there. Typically, 1 out of every 10 people contacted will result in a lead. Our systems have yet to be proven not to work. We have had thousands of associates over the years who will all agree that if you adhere to the script and read it to at least 50 people a day, you will generally have at least 5 leads per day on the average. The only time that this system will not work for you is if you either do not read the script or are not making the necessary number of phone calls.
 
By learning this and understanding it, you will then be able to begin teaching other people as well and may be considered for a management position. As you begin in management, if you choose to do so, you will quickly see that those people who are successful are the ones who extend the effort, by making calls and reading the script.
